Error found in Saver Damages altered

I've noticed that your currently building Clan Mod 1.19rc5? :S
Anyway if you still are, Basically I'm trying to change my config so it's similar to the Jedi Knight 2 damages because I've been getting a lot of that request lately, however i've noticed that when I change the saber damages in the damages.cfg file and enable it, the damages don't seem to not change to how I want them. I even set all damages to 0 to make sure I'm not blind and same thing, there's damage.
