Its Linux SuSe, latest
MySQL is installed and works fine.
Its a 86x bit version of both.

I did some google-searches and figured out, that there is a compile problem.
Out of another board:

Found the bug:

Code: Select all
strcpy_s(buff, length, text);

gcc doesn't like that.... 8|

replaced by

Code: Select all
Q_strncpyz(buff, text, length);

And everything works fine.

Maybe it helps you out, Newage

If I had vmware id fix it. I had to reformat my laptop tons of times...

The JKG_Patch and JKG_Unpatch functions need to be #ifdef'd off if you know what I mean. If anyone has a working ICC and linux computer they could do the new build. Unfortunitly I have to return my laptop because it has heat issues. Maybe I can install vmware and fedora really quick and get the new build up.

I cannot understand this topic well but the 1.19rc4 will not start on our linux server.
It works in ms windows cause that i tried, so we have to use 1.19rc3 in linux or is there a fix or some?
