[Added] cm_duelshield (customize starting duelers shields)
[Added] engage_forceduel server force disabled restrictions
[Changed] Training dueler's HP and Shields to 999 to guarantee no 1 hit kills
[Removed] !ignore, it wasnt working properly
[Removed] ChangeMode RPG from help menu (doesnt exist)
[Changed] Saber physics, to conform to everyones needs (what duelers mod considers fixing jka ghost sabers effect)
[Changed] Some source cleanup

This is a possible release candidate for 1.20. If this is finalized and confirmed bug free, then this will be polished and shipped. If you know of a bug, report it immediately. No more ideas for concepts will be put into this for right now. (not till 1.21 anyways. EEP!) Thanks!
